Energetix program has really helped me. They would make us do 30mins meditation and I could experience the difference before doing the program and after doing that. Before doing Energetix program I used to not feel very active during lectures but after doing the program I felt more focused and active during my lectures. Not just me but most of my classmates felt active, fresh ,and focused during the lectures.
